Pitcher Partners Melbourne is hosting a Networking and Information Night for penultimate and final year students on Monday 6 March. You'll have the chance to find out more about us, the Graduate and Summer Vacation programs and be able to see what it's like to work here. Connect with our graduates and senior leaders in the business over free drinks and appetizers. It will also be a great opportunity to meet the recruitment team and ask any questions you may have.
What is the Graduate Program?
Our two-year Graduate Experience Program provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a full-service accounting and advisory firm offers. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients and industries with two to three 8-month experiences that align to your studies and interests. Upon completing the two-year program, you will be offered a permanent role within one of our practice areas that best aligns to your skillset.
As a graduate, your journey will be guided by a dedicated buddy, manager, mentor, and graduate program manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in an industry leading learning and development program and receive ongoing technical, personal, and professional development opportunities.
What is the Summer Vacation Program?
Our Melbourne Summer Vacation Program is designed for students in their penultimate year of university, who want to experience life at Pitcher Partners and understand what it is like to work in a professional service environment.
Our eight-week program provides students with a variety of experiences including the opportunity to gain real life work experience, professional and technical development, networking events and exposure to the amazing Pitcher Partners’ culture. Through regular interaction with our partners and senior managers and a strong support network including an allocated buddy, this program allows you to promote yourself.
Opportunities are available across most of our practice areas, including: Business Advisory and Assurance (audit), Private Business and Family Advisory (management accounting), Tax Advisory, Corporate Finance, Business Recovery and Insolvency Services, Investment Services, Risk and Procurement Advisory (internal audit), Digital and Data Solutions, and the Practice Management Group (HR, Marketing, IT, Risk & Compliance).
