Your role

The Melbourne office is seeking multiple Law Graduates to join them in February 2025. They know you want practical experience and diversity, and their graduate program will allow you to gain experience through rotations, working with a number of different senior lawyers and partners from day one.

You will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of matters with experts across different specialities of law, allowing you to discover your strengths and interests. Their program is tailored to provide personalised on-the-job training, real case experience, client interaction, and direct contact with partners to support your journey towards admission as a lawyer.

About you

To be successful for one of their Law Graduate positions, you will have:

  • Demonstrated academic excellence throughout your tertiary studies
  • Thorough research skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to solving problems and building relationships
  • An ability to digest instructions quickly and quality produce results
  • Please note, this program is for students in their final year of study in 2024 or recently graduated and are not yet in professional work

Training, development & rotations
