PM is very diverse, with people from all backgrounds. We have a Diversity and Inclusion committee, as well as an LGBTQI committee. Head of Melbourne, Perth and Sydney offices are all women.

This is a big priority for the firm and it is definitely visible once on the inside (lots of inclusive sessions, speakers etc...).

As a person from ethnic minority background, I felt home here. There is D&I committee for us to join and participate in organizing D&I events. It will be better if there are more partners from the background of ethnic minorities.

I don't know if there is any specific initiatives, but the firm is very welcoming to people from all walks of life.
