Job Description

Our Winter Clerkship program will provide you an up-close view of Pinsent Masons in action, and fully immerse you in everything the firm has to offer over the course of four weeks.  

The program is designed to have you work closely with our partners and lawyers through involvement in meaningful work. At the same time, you will live and breathe our culture and inform your understanding of what life in a corporate law firm looks like. 

Our clerkship program provides you with the first opportunity to begin building those connections that will have a lifetime impact. We design, structure and develop the clerkship programme to give you an experience that is practical and enjoyable whilst authentically reflecting the Graduate Lawyer experience.

Next Steps

Our clerkship program is aimed at penultimate or final-year students, our program will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence. Our clerkship program is a vital part of our early-talent recruitment strategy and offers you the chance to demonstrate your suitability for our graduate program.  

Our Winter Clerkship in our Melbourne office will run across June and July 2025 for 4 weeks.
