Hi, we’re PEXA!

We know you’ll Google us before applying, so let’s keep this brief. PEXA revolutionised the way that property is settled in Australia, turning a paper-based process into a digital one. Our solution is a world-first, with over 500 people across Australia and an expanding international team, we’re helping 20,000+ families into their homes each week.

We’re passionate about solving problems for our customers – always striving to set the standard for how property is bought and sold. Being awarded as one of the best places to work in Australia is a recognition of our culture and commitment to innovation, customers and our community.

We’re growing fast, that is where you come in.

Member Services Graduate Program

As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program, you’ll work in our award-winning Member Services team, as well as experience one rotation in one of our Corporate Services functions.  The Member Services Graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in a customer-led environment. You’ll gain exposure to data and analytics, business analysis, and project management, and engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to solve problems that directly impact our members.

You will have completed a certificate, degree or major in Customer Experience (CX), Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Law or related discipline.

Transforming more than just the property experience

As a member of our graduate program, you will have brilliant opportunities to advance and transform your skills and capabilities and gain valuable experience, kick-starting the next level of your career.

We’re excited to work with the unique skillset that you will bring to PEXA and encourage you to use your diversity of experience and thought to help us challenge current ways of working, drive innovation and explore new technologies.

Your development:

So that you’re set up for success, we’ve created a bespoke development program to guide you through your 18-month graduate journey. Your development will kick off with a structured induction, supported by your dedicated mentor, PEXA buddy and people leader. As your journey continues, you’ll have the opportunity to build connections, learn from passionate industry leaders and gain greater insight into your own strengths, passions and interests. To thrive in our graduate program, we encourage you to embody a growth mindset, as you’ll be exposed to a range of new challenges and opportunities that you may not have previously encountered.

Your graduate journey:

Just as every individual is unique, your graduate journey with PEXA will also be unique to you. We’ll do our very best to tailor your experiences to meet your skills, passions and interests. You may participate in rotations that will provide you with the opportunity to:
