The 3 day induction included 2 days of professional development training, which I found immensely valuable in terms of approaching work, advancing my career and also developing myself outside of work.

Training was mainly just on the first week for induction, lots of reflective thinking during this time with training - apart from this, haven't experienced a specific development program in company yet - lots of things are learn on the job or learn as they come up from manager

There was a formal induction in Sydney and some personal development training. Our trainer was very very good and he literally changed the way I think! The informal training on the farm site is also quite good, but can be stressful due to the large amount of information thrown at you - it would be good if the company provided a crash course manual about the farm (and things we need to know/learn) so that we can have everything on paper for quick reference.
