I really enjoyed it, not what I had imagined but it has made me more proactive and vocal i.e. calling stores and administration task.

Graduate Agronomy Program: I usually spend two to four weeks in different departments including varying aspects of farm management. Later on this will include HR, markets and distribution.

I spend a month training in each department related to aspects of the farming business. Much of the work itself is very repetitive and labour intensive.

I am learning everyday and with new technology/software updates. There is always something to learn or being more efficient with time.

Marketing admin work, helping out with the responsibilities of the marketing team.

I help with the R&D of our crops, data input and analyses, projection forecasting, and general maintenance of the site. I've been learning about the irrigation systems, pests, chemicals, and the planning and organization that goes into propagation and farm management.
