I am satisfied with the opportunities in this company and the horticulture industry. I am just starting out but I can already see the vast possibilities available. However, that takes hard work and dedication. If you approach this place with a humble beginner mindset then will make the most of the learning opportunities

Not applicable as of right now, but it seems like there is some good career progression possibilities for the future. However, it is more of the case where you have to wait for someone higher up to leave before you can move up the ranks.
