Bonus structure beyond graduate is extremely appealing, and not only incentivises you to help the business, but also rewards you for pushing yourself and getting a promotion. Base salary is relatively low and does not increase much (at most 10%) per promotion. However, the bonus is a profit share, and generally the proportion doubles every promotion.
