HR Officer in our brand new office

Are you ready to learn fast and have a real impact on the company?

Join our brand new office in Gold Coast and be the first one to help us recruit and delight a numerous amount of talented people. You’ll assist in every step of the recruitment process as well as various HR-related topics: appraisals, retention, employer branding, team building, etc.

As a central resource within the company, you will also be a privileged point of contact for employees. You will be working closely with management but will also manage your own projects independently to expand our presence in Australia.

Your role will involve but not limited to: 

• Hunt down and recruit talented people willing to join our new team
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Maintain and update employee records accurately and effectively
• Welcome new employees to the company by conducting orientation
• Sourcing: internal events, job fairs, online posts, local universities, regional channels, etc.
• Assist with leave management, on and off boarding operations, company events, job fairs, meetings, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects

Must have:

• English native
• Permanent working rights
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong interest in recruitment in the IT industry
• Proactive
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Bubbly attitude and mindset
• Immediate availability
