Job Satisfaction at Norton Rose Fulbright

I have learnt so much during my time at NRF, that I feel I would be very competent if I went to another firm. I feel like NRF creates and provides an atmosphere where you are able to work with support and confidence. NRF are willing to give junior lawyers a real go at work opportunities where you may not get that level of work other firms at such a junior stage.

Role entails the following: researching case law, reviewing various agreements, drafting various documents, interacting with colleagues more senior and of the same level, practice management and lots of education and training.

Legal research (on discrete questions and on commentary generally); letter and file note drafting; attending meetings; collating documents for briefs.

I'm definitely challenged but never to a point that I'm out of my depth or overwhelmed so it feels like I'm always learning.

Legal research, drafting internal email and memos and assisting with business development.

I make a lot of mistakes as a graduate but I still feel like I have a role to play in some of the banking transactions

I undertake a range of tasks for senior lawyers ranging from drafting documents, business development, to document review.
