My salary is appropriate for a graduate engineer with no experience. Job comes with super and leave loading. Northrop does pay overtime which helps increase this

They have three bonding afternoons per year which they pay for and it's an afternoon doing an activity with the whole office or your section to get to know people. During covid, our managers shouted everyone a menulog lunch which was fun.

Northrop paid for my white-card training which I really appreciated.

They pay for all company conferences and transport from christmas parties. They also cover all costs when there is a bonding afternoon. During covid, our managers shouted everyone a menulog lunch which was fun.
