There is a large push for diversity and inclusion in the company. There are many more women engineers now and women in the company are very passionate about promoting this career path to the community. Ethnic minorities are also having a big push currently, with initiatives such as swap religious holidays to better suit an individual's belief. There is also maternity and paternity leave for all and carers/sick leave is readily available if notified to management. The Northrop offices are majorly white caucasian men but this is slowly changing.

The company systemically promotes flexibility and inclusion, allowing remote work (depending on the context) to retain quality employees, WFH arrangements and reduced workload for parents to name a few benefits. This means I work with a great bunch of people from diverse backgrounds!

Very good in terms of promoting a diverse workplace, especially in regards to women in engineering. Would like to see more use of pronouns in emails, and maybe more events for the LGBT but overall, a very professional and excellent approach to representation and diversity.
