Since I actually did my interview back in March 2020 it's a little hard to remember the details. However, I do remember the instructions on how to get to the office were quite clear, and I remember Susan being very welcoming when I arrived. The interview felt very friendly and not too formal, which I did appreciate as it helped reduce the stress of being in an interview

The process starts with applying over the internet. Then a member of the HR team will give you a call to just ask some basic questions and allows you to ask some questions as well. After this initial 20 minute phone call, you have another interview with the HR team this time 40 mins or so and this is far more in depth, like what you would expect an interview to be like. If successful you will then have an interview with a partner, manager or both and will have a tour of the office. From memory there were no aptitude tests.

I found the interview process smooth. I had phone calls with the HR manager and an in office interview with my manager and one of the partners who made me feel comfortable throughout the process

I remember talking about how I found my unit course and what I was looking for in a workplace. We talked about my course results and past work experience. One of the questions that has stuck in my mind very vividly is "Have you ever been given a task and found a better way to achieve it"

Questions consisted of my previous studies and work experience but were mainly focused on what my interests and how I would like to progress my career. I was also given the chance to ask questions about the company and how the audit process works.

Nothing major. I know the team are all very welcoming so I guess the biggest advice would be to have faith in yourself and not be too serious. For myself, I find I'm more professional when I'm comfortable and not stressed out, so being able to relax felt like a big advantage

Just be yourself as the company is very open to helping you in any way possible if you take the opportunity.
