Best manager ever.

Yes, they are happy and kind to give feedback and instructions.

The managers and partners are very accessible at Mazars and at times work quite closely with the graduates.

The feedback from managers has been good and I have learned a lot. The biggest issue is that while we're constantly told we can ask as many questions as we need, managers are often busy and it is hard to reach them online. When in the office it's quite easy to go walk to someone and talk, but sometimes while online I send emails/teams messages that don't get seen due to managers workload, which in turn makes communication slow sometimes

All of the managers at Mazars are great. They will not promote you to a manager until they know you are ready, in terms of your technical excellence but also your managerial experience. Working from home is very easy as they are always just a phone call or teams message away. And even easier in the office because you are sitting right next to them. The office is laid out so you are always sitting next to an assistant manager or manager for assistance. Your manager will provide you with 6 monthly performance reviews which are formal, but they are more than happy to have an informal sit-down catchup. We have a employee of the month scheme (Rockstar) that ensures that those employees who do great things, are praised for their actions.

I get along well with my managers, they have always been proactive in making sure I feel comfortable with my work and always happy to help me with any issues.
