I've noticed a big push for women in the workplace (there's literally programs for it), as well as a big range of ethnicities on each level. I haven't been around long enough to know about retention, child care or maternity leave

I know my company is very supportive with child care and maternity leave as I have seen a lot of staff adjust work hours and commitments to cater for these. I think the company is encouraging of diverse employment as my team in particular has a really broad range of ethnicities.
