Job Satisfaction at Mars Australia

I would prefer to have more significant tasks in which I can see there being a benefit in terms of sustainability, however, the roles asks projects I am currently involved in are fulfilling me.

I work on specific packaging projects on a small and large scale. This includes writing specifications, running trials, project management meetings and data collection

Working in project management alongside experienced project engineers. Getting to be involved in many meetings with various stakeholders and getting a great understanding of all the different aspects of the role.

With any jobs there is a range of different responsibilities. Some of these more interesting than others. The design work I am involved in is really good whereas the paperwork side of things is not as stimulating as expected.

Project management. Artwork activity management. Budget tracking. Report creation and subsequent analysis.

My day-to-day responsibilities are quite basic as I am still getting a grasp on what my job role is about.

I am currently learning about my role and responsibilities and learning about the different systems used in Mars.
