Read moreAn average week for a Graduate Procurement Analyst could include a wide range of activities including:
- Support the Sourcing and Commercial Management Team members to ensure supply of goods, materials & services;
- Process Purchase Requests;
- Process Purchase Card orders & payments;
- Compile and distribute procurement reports;
- Process Non-PO Payments via the Procure-2-Pay system;
- Undertake data reconciliations and report findings;
- Provide administrative support to the SCM Teams as required;
- Provide support to the Contracts Admin function including reporting;
- Develop and maintain close working relationships will internal & external stakeholders.
Graduates will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential.
