Your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate to join LegalVision's Corporate team in Sydney on a permanent basis. You will assist and work alongside a team of experienced Corporate lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. They act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, employee share option plans, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and general commercial contracts.

About you

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified with strong academics: You are a recent law graduate with strong grades and are either already admitted as a Lawyer, or will be admitted by June 2024.
• Wants to do things differently and isn’t the average law graduate: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are keen to grow as a lawyer in an innovative NewLaw environment.
