What you will do in this role

You will complete a Certificate IV in Business over a 12 month period. This will be a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation as well as practical on the job experience.

• Serve customers on the counter, answer phones and email enquiries
• Prepare accurate quotes for customers
• Develop relationships with customers
• Learn the products and work towards being a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need
• Reconcile inwards and outwards goods against invoices/ delivery dockets
• Pick, pack and label outgoing goods
• Actively work as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way
