Our pay is well aligned with the role we are doing and relevant responsibilities. I found this was slightly higher than a number of other graduate programs I had seen.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
I would say the flexible work hours. As we are a Government body, it is not possible to provide monetary or materialistic perks. However, in-kind support and the opportunities to attend learning courses are rewarding.

You sometimes get free tickets to events held at Landgate. If it's not free, it's heavily subsidised and you pay a fraction of the original cost. If you are required to work off-premises (i.e., in the field), you are given an allowance to spend on work-related items, such as gear or equipment.
