The firm sets you up with a buddy and supervisor for each rotation. As well as a mentor for your grad year. I seek formal feedback from my supervisor at the end of my rotation and general feedback after each completed task.

Managers/supervisors generally easily accessible - come into the office regularly or easily reachable remotely - Provide good support and mentorship when graduates are starting fresh - This is not just limited to the tasks they provide, also intangible advice on the expectations of graduates
