Your experience

Our seasonal clerk programs are your opportunity to sample life in the law and at Lander & Rogers, to see whether we’re right for you. The program will build on your university education through practical experience, including structured training, workshops, mentoring and, most importantly, doing real work for real clients.

We’re looking for people with the intelligence to tackle complex and interesting legal scenarios, energy to absorb new concepts and willingness to work productively and collaboratively with different people.

Our culture

Learn in an environment where new ideas are welcomed and knowledge is openly exchanged. You'll be supported to reach new heights as you solve interesting and often complex legal problems alongside real clients.

Every individual who joins our growing firm is an essential contributor to our shared success. That's why we don't simply seek the brightest legal minds, but those with whom we share values of authenticity and connection.

Accelerate your success alongside a team that is invested in your growth, while exploring, developing and honing your legal skills and business acumen.

Who can apply?

The Seasonal Clerkship Program is open to students studying a relevant law degree who are either in their penultimate or final year.

Students must have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
