Application Process & Interviews at Kraft Heinz Company

Very standard interview process and assessments that you would have come across when applying for other programs - Behavioural tests, multiple rounds of interviews, group activities and a in person case study/presentation.

Very long and many steps involved. Plus there was a major presentation to the ELT at the end of the process.

2 rounds of assessments and a final panel interview

The interview process was incredibly rewarding and very early on we got to meet several company leaders.

Behavioural testing, 2 video interviews and a third in person interview.

The interview process involved several steps, including an online form, virtual recorded interview, group online interview & in-person presentation/interview.

Few rounds, very involved however expected for the grad program

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Why FMCG, why food, why this company and what values do I associate with.

I was asked about my knowledge of FMCGs, interest, strengths, weaknesses & facility with Kraft Heinz products.

Learn the company values and prepare examples that will allow you to highlight how you apply those values in your day to day.

Read all about KH's values and think about how they align to you. Also look up their products so you know them well.

Be true to who you are - there is no point lying about who you are to get a job because then you will end up in a job that doesn't suit who you really are

Come in with an open mind and an eagerness to learn about every part of the company.

Understand why this is the industry you want to be with and be able to communicate that clearly.

Be open minded and ready to take any opportunity.
