Working Hours at KordaMentha

My work hours are 8:30-5 however I will always be working later than this (how late depends on the requirements of the specific engagement - sometimes I leave at 5:30, most of the time between 7-10). I rarely leave the office at 5

Generally work 8 - 5:30, it can obviously pick up at times given the nature of the work which is to be expected. Others encourage us to undertake activities such as sport outside of work hours

Normal work hours are 9AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday. With a one-hour lunch break, this equates to about 7.5 hours per day (or 37.5 hours per week). The company is flexible when it comes to hours (provided you meet the 37.5 hours per week margin). If you have commitments outside of work you are able to choose your hours around them, and even work from home if need be.

The office is well managed in that, when you are busy, you are expected to work until the job is done, but when you are quiet or in a break, you are encouraged to go home and take advantage of the break.

About 40 hours per week. Not flexible, but works for me.

Flexibility is definitely there if you have an appointment or tradies coming to the house, etc., can work from home if you give a few days warning.

The firm is not overly flexible when it comes to hours.

Usually most work weeks are 37.5 hours with some weeks longer. Generally it's expected that you do work longer hours due to some tasks needing to be done before a certain date.

There are busier and quieter periods, but on average I work roughly 9 hours per day.

Generally we all leave on-time unless we are onsite or work has come in. Then it is expected you will work until required. There does seem to be flexibility when you need to leave early etc., for an appointment or what-have-you.

They are not particularly flexible when it comes to hours, perhaps though only at the junior level.

I typically work 7.5 hours per day, however if something needs to be urgently completed I have stayed back an extra 2-3 hours.

The working hours are very flexible. You can take extended lunch breaks to catch-up with friends at other firms, provided you get the assigned work done and meet your quota of 37.5 hours per week.
