Promotions are very accessible at the company. Each role has a defined set of responsibilities. To receive a promotion, an employee has to demonstrate (through their work) that they have what it takes to perform the tasks required by the level above.

There are promotion possibilities at all levels (except Partner). The promotion process begins with the individual seeking promotion requesting one via application, this application is then discussed at a roundtable with senior members of the firm. I am not entirely familiar with the necessary requirements to move up the ranks as this is not of concern to me at the present time.
