As I have only worked here for a short time I am not fully certain on the promotion process, however from what I have heard others are satisfied with it.

There are promotion possibilities at all levels (except Partner). The promotion process begins with the individual seeking promotion requesting one via application, this application is then discussed at a roundtable with senior members of the firm. I am not entirely familiar with the necessary requirements to move up the ranks as this is not of concern to me at the present time.
