Hard to think of a better office view anywhere in the world - in the middle of the city, overlooking the coast and harbour. The open floor plan is great because it means the most senior person and the CEOs work in the same environment and you can learn just though observing how the best in the business operate. Facilities are great, there is a well stocked kitchen (could be some more healthy snacks), shower/changerooms with towels provided downstairs and public transport/cabs never far away.
Dress code is as expected. Monday to Thursday it is a suit, no ties really worn on the floor unless you are going to a client meeting. Casual fridays people where anything from smart casual to pretty casual.
