Are you in your penultimate or pre-penultimate year of university study?

Do you identify as female and want the opportunity to gain experience and mentorship from some of the most experienced bankers and research analysts in Australia?

Our WIB Scholarship Program is targeted at talented penultimate and pre-penultimate students interested in a career in financial services and banking. The scholarship will include a grant of AUD 5,000 and a 2022/23 Summer Analyst paid internship position at Jarden.

The WIB Scholarship Program will provide you with one-on-one mentorship from one of our senior female leaders, world-class training and hands-on experience across a range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, company and stock research and analysis, as well as other strategic and corporate finance assignments. Throughout the 11-week summer internship program, you'll gain practical work experience alongside some of the best in the industry.

Recipient of the Scholarship will receive:

  • A 2022/2023 Summer Analyst (Investment Banking / Equity Research) internship position at Jarden based in Sydney.
  • A scholarship grant of AUD 5,000.
  • Opportunities to participate in training and mentorship by senior female leaders from Jarden in advance of, and during the internship.
  • Invitations to social events and learning & development workshops with Jarden team members prior to the internship commencing.

Eligibility:

  • You will have an interest in business and finance.
  • You will need to be in your penultimate or pre-penultimate year of study at university.
  • An Australian work visa is required for non-AU citizens.
