As part of a leading trans-Tasman investment banking team, you'll contribute to a range of high-calibre, complex corporate advisory projects and transactions across a range of sectors, for both local and international clients. You'll develop knowledge and expertise across mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.

Location: Sydney

Program Structure

The Graduate Program runs for 12 months (full-time), commencing in February 2024. From day one, you'll be on a permanent contract, working in a real role with real responsibilities.

You will receive continual on-the-job training, coupled with world-class training and development blocks, to ensure you reach your goals, realise your potential, and excel throughout your career. You'll be provided with support and mentorship opportunities to facilitate ongoing growth and professional development.

Recruitment Process

Applications for Jarden's 2024 Graduate Program will continue to be assessed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply early as we will be moving candidates through to the next stage of recruitment on a continual basis.

After we review your application, you will be invited to complete a round of online psychometric testing and a video interview.

If you are successful, you will progress to a one-on-one interview, followed by a final interview.

Eligibility

  • Interested in business and finance.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the end of January 2024.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizens, or be an Australian permanent resident at the time of applying for the program.
