Our Women in Finance Scholarship Development Program is targeted at penultimate and final year students interested in a career in financial services. Thoughtfully curated, it offers one-on-one mentorship from one of our senior female leaders, world-class training, and hands-on experience across a range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets, as well as other strategic and corporate financial assignments.

From the outset, you’ll be seamlessly integrated into our team, with access to social events and educational forums even before your learning journey begins. And because we’re focused on fostering an inclusive culture that promotes diverse perspectives and independent thinking at all levels of the firm, your voice matters to us, and we want to hear your ideas.
