We are focused on fostering an inclusive culture which supports our people to reach their full potential and promotes diverse perspectives. We encourage independent thinking at all levels of the firm to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. You will be part of our team from day one and invited to attend social events and learning opportunities before your internship has even started. You will be empowered to make decisions and have your ideas heard.

What are we looking for?

  • Self-starters who will thrive in an entrepreneurial culture
  • Critical and creative thinkers who seek to challenge themselves
  • High achievers with a strong drive for results
  • Collaborative team players who can build and sustain strong relationships
  • Leaders who take ownership and motivate others
  • Effective communicators who can clearly articulate ideas, problems, questions, and solutions
  • Ethical and who personify the Jarden values.

Program Structure

  • The Winter Internship Program will run over the months of June, July & August with students completing 4 weeks of full time work with us. You will kick off with induction and training, before launching into the programโ€™s work component.
  • You will be buddied-up with a first or second-year Analyst, as well as being assigned a Senior Associate or VP as your Mentor. This structure is designed to provide ample access to support and feedback, and to help you build strong connections with your peers and the Jarden team.

Eligibility:

  • You will have an interest in business and finance;
  • You will need to be in your penultimate or final year of study at university;
  • An Australian work visa is required for non-AU citizens.
