Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Quite diverse, everyone is different and has different backgrounds .We have an over 70% female-lead management team in ANZ, and an widely diverse team. There is no discrimination made based on anything but performance. Maternity leave is standard and return to work is never denied.

All our team members are from different backgrounds.

Advertise on all common websites, we also have offices across the world. There is no discrimination made based on background.
