This role is very teamwork dependent. You work not only with other people in your position, but also alongside nurses and doctors, security specialists and with management and medical directors. The structure is definitely hierarchal but collaborative: everyone's role and opinion feels heard. I really like the office culture. Everyone is friendly and social throughout the work day. A lot of employees from different personal and professional backgrounds. You also get to work a lot with other offices across the world. Since our office has relocated to the city and Covid restrictions have eased, after hours socialising has definitely picked up however often relies on self-motivation rather than company-led events.
