Operations Coordinator

• Assisting people in challenging and life-threatening situations
• 13-hour shifts; Shorter working weeks (6-8 shifts per fortnight)!
• No night shifts!
• Work alongside a passionate team of medical and security experts, delivering high-quality medical, security and logistical services to our members.

Respond to a high volume of calls and emails from members travelling domestically within their home country or internationally, assisting with their healthcare, travel, and security needs. From facilitating pre-deployment medical and security briefings, coordinating routine appointments and hospital admissions, and providing urgent and emergent care, to arranging international evacuations and repatriations, no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work as part of a rotating roster without restrictions

We have an extensive induction period of 8 weeks; our next induction starts on 16 September 2024

Working Hours:

Thirteen-hour shifts, functional between 7.00 AM to 10.00 PM. Working between 6-8 shifts in a fortnight on a well-balanced roster.
