We have an annual weekend getaway trip (it's free!) and we don't know where we're going until the actual day itself. Dinner is available every weeknight. If you must leave work after 8pm then the company will pay for an Uber ride home. Expenses for moving from interstate are covered, and a relocation agent is assigned to assist in finding a place to live.
