Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare compliance meeting packages for Boards and Committees as required.
- Prepare and update tailored policies and procedures.
- Assist with managing the company's AML/CTF compliance obligations.
- Assist with reviewing documents and providing feedback as requested by the compliance manager.
- Review promotional material for compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Implement compliance programs and manage ongoing monitoring.
- Provide ongoing support for compliance obligations.
- Liaise with auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Assist in monitoring ongoing AFS Licence conditions.
- Assist in providing compliance training to employees and provide other administrative support as requested by the compliance manager.
