There are great support programs in place, especially for junior lawyers. I am particularly encouraged by workshops and seminars that are available to help lawyers to develop their practice management skills. The senior lawyers are great mentors who are happy to share their experience and explain things to graduates and junior lawyers.

A junior lawyer development program is available and each practice group runs specific training sessions throughout the year on topics of interest to that practice group. You will learn everything from correct grammar through to highly-technical legal concepts that you need to know for your practice area.
