The Marketing Programs Coordinator 

is an exciting opportunity to start out on your digital marketing and communications career. Join a fun and dynamic loyalty-led marketing agency located in North Sydney working with a portfolio of nationally and globally recognised brands across multiple industries.

As part of the existing Client Success Team, you will be responsible for managing your own set of clients, executing their marketing and rewards programs and guiding the ongoing strategy towards their key success metrics.

What is the role?

After completing your onboarding training, you will begin to manage your own clients. Your typical duties would include:

  • Execute on launch plans and develop ongoing communication plans
  • Work with the in-house studio team to create communications design, and web layout design before presentation to the client
  • Write and refine all communications copy and content
  • Optimise execution of marketing tactics to ensure that relevant opportunities are provided to enhance the value of the reward programs
  • Take ownership for campaign analysis, ROI tracking and reporting for presentation to the client
  • Accurate database management and member profiling
  • Servicing queries via phone, chat and email
  • Accurate processing of reward payments

Hachiko offers a flexible and hybrid work environment to enhance your work/life balance. Our work from home policy extends to three days per week. Both Tuesdays and Fridays are the set days for everyone to attend the office in person.

As well as take proactive initiative when solving or anticipating marketing challenges.

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated marketing experience (including through internships, volunteer work or part-time employment during your studies, for example)
  • Someone with a proactive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and good time management
  • You love people and you're natural at building trusting relationships in the team and with your clients
  • Are results-orientated – the ability to work toward and achieve KPI's
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges
  • Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to act decisively – this is a busy hands-on role
