Top of the market.

I believe that pay and bonuses at my company are aligned to the top of the market at the graduate level, however I have little understanding of the pay progression beyond the graduate program.

There aren't many "unusual perks". In general these could be improved. Best - Ubers, dinners and team dinners (practice group specific)

The study leave entitlements, as I am now appreciating while completing PLT, is great for ensuring I can take time to prioritise study and not have to worry about money or how it fits within my other work commitments

events, free lunch twice a week, sidebar with seniors and lots of other benefits. It would be good if we can order Uber food 30 minutes earlier then the policy time so that when you ordered it arrives when you are working as sometimes restaurants are closed in the City or you end up not ordering food as it is too late.

Mostly all of the above outlined as examples.
