My role and responsibilities include all kind of tasks such as drafting due diligence, researching, engaging with clients, leading pro-bono matters etc. I love this diversity.

Assisting junior and senior lawyers on transactions, including due diligence, advices and transaction documents.

My day-to-day constantly changes - I can go from doing administrative tasks to writing affidavits and instructing in court

I assist with reviewing and drafting finance and security documents, as well as corporate authorisations (director's certificates, board resolutions). I also help with the project management of finance transactions by keeping track of outstanding tasks to ensure that the deal completes before the contractual deadline.

My role as a law graduate has me working on a variety of matters with different scales, subject matters, teams and responsibilities. Responsibilities can vary from producing a research note to drafting a settlement deed to be reviewed by a senior lawyer to then go to the client.

I feel as if I have a good level of responsibility within the team and I'm able to work directly with partners and special council.
