For someone new to a full-time job I think I am paid well. I do wish thought that pay was on a fortnightly basis instead of monthly, due to budgeting. I am unaware of any bonus, haven't had a conversation about bonuses too.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
There aren't many amazing perks in my position, although I know that further down the line the perks increase whether in pay, vehicles etc.
Graduate, Melbourne - 24 Aug 2023
Occasional lunches and work function for big achievements for the project.
Graduate, Nowra - 22 Aug 2023
I like that for certain individuals, a company car is included as part of their compensation. The employee work benefits are pretty good for the partnered business.

Discounts for gym, movies, etc.

I am yet to use any of the company perks but personally the best perks are a fitness passport, travel insurance, JB Hi-FI and Westpac. The most unusual are Oric and AVIS as I don't think too many people need car assistance.
