I am happy that I can work from home most of the time. I think I would enjoy having a 9 day fortnight.

The best thing about Findex is its flexible working arrangement. I work full time from 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Friday

I work from home twice a week and come into the office the other three days. Yes, the hours are very flexible where if I need to work from home due to a doctor's appointment - I am allowed to with permission from my manager.
