Everything was clear for me, they were really patient, especially with my language barriers at that time. The company return with the outcomes of the process took a little bit long but I understand there are many steps that need to be covered, so it is not a bad thing necessarily.

Applied through Seek (I believe?) and then received an email to do the online video with a couple of questions being recorded as well as taking assessments where you had to answer as if you were in certain scenarios.

Mainly talked about telling them examples of certain situations I was in (like meeting deadlines, conflict type) and the work i did with a certain subject completed in my degree - I was given an assignment that consisted of doing some alignment journals on MYOB, creating financial statements, tac rec and letter of recommendation. Then combine them into a report for a made up client.

Just be yourself, have a couple notes handy with examples of different situations you have experienced in school/uni, prev/current jobs and or could be also with personal life as well. I used the STAR technique and it helped me with the steps in structuring my responses.
