We have an abundance of Learning & Development opportunities. Both self paced and face to face or external options. The challenge is finding enough hours.

Lots of training which helps learning

EY provides sufficient resources to you take charge of your learning. I have learnt Alteryx, PowerBI and become a competent excel user.

A lot of training is done all at once when starting, which can be overwhelming. Overall I am satisfied.

The firm has mandatory training requirements for different roles and ranks as well as additional learning opportunities to build skills in areas of your choice. Learning and development is strongly encouraged to ensure we bring the best advice to our clients.

There's been lots of opportunities to learn through Lead as well as just working on projects with team members.

Wide variety and easy to access training modules but can be disinteresting. The training run by the team is engaging and useful. I've refined my communication, excel, powerpoint, data analytics and ways of working skills.
