The induction training is adequate. Training surrounding core skills used on a daily basis is insufficient and requires improvement.

We have an abundance of Learning & Development opportunities. Both self paced and face to face or external options. The challenge is finding enough hours.

Wide variety and easy to access training modules but can be disinteresting. The training run by the team is engaging and useful. I've refined my communication, excel, powerpoint, data analytics and ways of working skills.
