Office & Workplace at Escient

Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The company's facilities are great however the actual office we have has no natural light. Unfortunate because natural light would definitely make the office space feel better. Artificial light is truly not the same so feel a bit dull and definitely feels more like an office. Although buildings facilities are great.

The Brisbane office is beautiful and in a great location close to the train station. There are very limited desks with monitors (only 8 for a team of 40+ people), so most people often work from client site or from home. There are only 3 meeting rooms, which can be very limiting when the office is full and people need the rooms for online client meetings.

Not super great right now but I believe we’re moving into a fantastic office space shortly (the new Commons!) so I’m very excited for that.

Our office is fit for purpose, located very conveniently and with good facilities. If more people were to attend the office on a regular basis, it may become crowded. We have a dress-for-your-day dress code, meaning the employee is empowered to use common sense to dress appropriately based on the day's work requirements. You can wear casual within the office if there is no need to dress formally.

Escient’s Adelaide office is modern, spacious, set up with hot desks and is accessible 24/7. Located inside a modern designed office space in the heart of the city on King William Street, the office is walking distance from all major shops, great cafes and is designed in a way which allows pleasant conversations all around the office.

Escient operates within a shared working space building which means there are great facilities and vibe around the place. A quality location and a sizeable office space works wonders. The dress code is semi-formal/business casual.

We're in the CBD in a good location with a great office that has good facilities. Dress code is equally pretty flexible, some people have been seen in t-shirts and shorts, others in suits.
