Corporate Social Responsibility at Escient

Developing an ESG strategy. Have a diversity action plan and a reconcilliation action plan however the actions and effects of all of these are yet to be seen. All about informing everyone but have seen little action to put these figures forward and action them.

Working on an ESG strategy and recently received B Corp certification, however my client is a large mining firm which doesn’t feel very socially responsible (doesn’t seem to be much vetting in terms of the clients we choose to work with)

Actively pursued, monitored and accountability structures in place. The company is very focused on providing a net benefit through many CSR initiatives. Reconciliation Action Plan, employee wellbeing models, fundraising, volunteering opportunities and partnerships.

Escient ensures to make the workplace as inclusive as possible and so they are committed to organising events which cater to all types of social groups

Escient has a broad range of internal initiatives that are actively apart of the company's DNA with various events to demonstrate their commitment to different organizations. An example of this is a partnership with Black Dog Institute assisting to deliver quality mental health research and services to a vast array of people.
