My pay was more than I expected for an entry level position which I appreciated. However, after asking around, it seems to be quite standard for graduate programs. The appreciate remains nevertheless. As for bonuses, I only get the Christmas bonus which apparently they've only begun in the last couple years but the tax took off a surprising amount. Despite that, it is much appreciated.
