Quite flexible, especially in sales as I am out on the road or working from home the vast majority of the time. This role probably requires the longest hours in the company to do properly, my previous roles had much better work life balance.

Work hours can fluctuate depending on the level of work you have on. Overall, the business is quite flexible, allowing us to play sport at lunchtimes, and to leave early or get in late if you have an appointment, or to work from home occasionally if you need to.
