What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
should be a bit more. not being greedy but i believe starting the grad on 65 is good start and keeping that 6-month progression is good. not understanding that bonus tho as im 13 months in and havent recieved it so unless i havent read it correctly.

Pay is inadequate, you are not entitled to a bonus in your first year despite this communicated to you upon offer, pay increases were promised at 6-month intervals but at 10 months my cohort received their first one and we were told there was 'admin and handover issues' between HR managers. On the plus side I believe this is being back paid but would feel much better if it was dealt with when originally raised.

DHL Supply chain is known to be one of the lowest paying in the industry. However, I was told the culture here is impeccable, which unfortunately overtime my perception has changed. I feel insane as it is voted 2nd best place to work in NSW.

Not a lot of benefits for single young people. It is good to get free uniform and shoes. Also, to get expenses back.
