As much as the company values and preaches opportunity. I personally haven't experienced the bulk of what I have heard is offered here. I keep trying and don't give up because I have a passion and resilience in myself and believe I can be a good value to the company if I find my place.

I do not mean to sound like a broken record in previous comments but opportunity for proffessional development with DHL is great. Grads who can stick it out and prove themselves have proven to land competitive roles quite early into their career. To make these moves you will have to work really long hours, be able to learn quickly and develop great stakeholder management even faster.
